Her design is just normal actually, because she doesn't care about looks or brands, as long as it's comfortable, she'll wear it.
The illustration (by Mizu herself) shows that only her left eye is not covered by her bangs and is closed, the reason is because her right eye is cracked. Her current design may change a bit sometimes too.
